PROTOCAST is a prototype and die-caster for aluminium, zinc and magnesium parts.

We specialize in the manufacture of customer-specific components for all industrial sectors.

Our focus is on the production of technical and, above all, decorative cast parts with high requirements.

Battery housings

These components were milled from the full CNC block.
These are installed in the automotive industry in the engine compartment. Inside electronics are installed, which is responsible for the function of the vehicle.

Window bar mouldings for the automotive industry

The window bars are made of die-cast aluminum.
These are used in the automotive industry in car doors to hold the windows, which are rolled down.
The components are coated with the special powder of the company Wörwag.

Lightning parts

The luminaire components, which are made of die-cast aluminum, are used as lamp holders.
The components are coated with a special powder, which has a corrosion protection.
